Healthy Living

Hello , now I want to talk about the  healthy living … well , or some like this , or his importance , well. But I talk specifically about the general, and all this is only my thinks about a good healthy living in the foods and this.

I think that is important ,for example  eat natural food , like vegetables  and fruits , this  help to  our body  to hydrate  and nourish. Drink many water and fruit juices, but isn’t  so much sugar .  And avoid the gashouses, especially “coca-cola”.

No consumed much meat. Its better eat legumes. Not consume much salt too, because have sodium and is no so necessary from our body, because some food have very much.
Eat nuts and seeds, like cashews, almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds. 

And of course make exercise for feel good, for example: swim , run , some martial art , ride a bike , play soccer , aerobics exercises , etc , and never forget stretching .

  1. Hehe, I try everyday to eat all those aliments, but it so difficult to me making excercises >.<
